What does the NutriM30 program include?
- Nutritionist consultation: A detailed analysis of your current eating habits and setting your first goals together. During the consultation we interpret your lab results, analyze your body composition and measure your circumferences. The consultation lasts about 45 minutes.
- Body composition analysis: A precise analysis of your body composition (percentage of fat, muscle, water...) - available at our locations. For online clients, we track everything based on measurements you take yourself at home following our instructions.
- 1 x personalized meal plan: A 7-day menu created just for you, with recipes and recommendations
- 1 x follow-up appointment: Checking your progress, answering questions, minor adjustments to the plan if needed, and additional advice.
- Nutritionist support: The possibility to ask questions via email/phone for the duration of the program
- Supporting materials: The e-book "The basics of healthy eating", a progress tracking chart, and a guide to shopping and reading food labels

How does the process work?
1. Booking a consultation:
Contact us to schedule your first consultation at a time that suits you (in person or online).
2. First consultation (45 min):
Getting to know each other, a detailed conversation, measurements (or filling in the questionnaire and a video call), interpretation of your lab results and setting your first goals.
3. Creating the meal plan:
The nutritionist creates your unique 7-day meal plan within about 10 days
4. Delivery of the plan and supporting materials:
You receive the plan and all supporting materials by email.
5. Follow-up appointment:
Right after the first consultation, we also schedule a follow-up appointment about 4-6 weeks after the first one.
6. Support:
Throughout the whole process, we are available for your questions.
Required lab tests:
- Complete blood count
- Glucose and HbA1c
- Lipid panel (cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
- Uric acid
- ALT, AST, GGT
- Iron
