What does the online cooperation process look like?
1. Payment:
Payment is made by bank transfer, Western Union or PayPal
2. Filling in the questionnaire:
After payment, we email you a questionnaire with more than 25 questions to answer in detail
3. Scheduling:
We schedule a 30-minute video or regular call, where together we go through the most important details from the questionnaire (the call is optional)
4. First consultation:
A detailed analysis of your habits and goals, and interpretation of lab results.
5. Meal plan:
Creating a personalized menu and sending it by email.
6. Follow-up appointments:
Depending on the package, usually once a month.

How do I book the first appointment?

Is the quality the same as in person?
Yes, every client receives the same attention, plans and support as at our locations in Beograd and Nova Pazova.
How are measurements done?
You measure your weight and circumferences at home, following our instructions. We will explain every step.
How do I receive my plan?
You receive the plan and materials by email in PDF format, usually within 7–10 days after filling in the questionnaire and the initial call.
Can I ask additional questions during the program?
Absolutely! Support is included throughout the entire program.
